WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

* Respond to internal and external service requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, with a focus on resolving issues effectively.

* Coordinate and maintain job schedules for field service technicians, service crews, and delivery/site contractors.

* Track and update job progress, ensuring timely communication of changes or delays to key parties.

* Schedule and confirm service appointments, warranty work, and unit placements with customers and field teams.

* Support the creation and distribution of service quotes and change orders.

* Serve as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure clarity and alignment on job scope and timelines.

* Follow up on customer satisfaction and coordinate feedback with department leads.

* Assist in tracking and reporting on service quality, job completion, and contractor performance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

YOU HAVE:

* An academic background or minimum of two years' experience in administrative support, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in construction, field service, or logistics environments.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus.

* Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal management.

* Can successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* The ability to adhere to company policies and successfully implement improvement strategies.
