^{In the role of Water/Wastewater EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:}

• ^{Create detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment systems, distribution systems, and collection systems under instructions from a Professional Engineer.}

• ^{Perform engineering process design, including equipment sizing and selection.}

• ^{Model piping system layouts.}

• ^{Prepare analyses and study-level reports for water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems; determine appropriate design methods; and work directly with facility Owners.}

• ^{Prepare drawings and specifications for water and wastewater treatment systems, distribution systems, and collection systems.}

• ^{Prepare piping diagrams, composite piping plans, equipment arrangements, piping isometrics, and other detailed drawings in various software platforms.}

• ^{Coordinate the work of engineers, technicians, and others on multi-discipline project teams throughout the projects' development and execution.}

• ^{Assist with the administration of construction contracts and startup of wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and related facilities.}

• ^{Perform other duties as needed}

^{Preferred Qualifications}

• ^{Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.}

• ^{Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.}

• ^{Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.}

• ^{Software knowledge: Revit, Civil 3D.}

• ^{Previous experience with an architectural or engineering consulting firm.}

• ^{Interest or experience in municipal water and wastewater systems planning and design.}

• ^{Active interest in learning engineering disciplines assigned and growing into a senior designer.}

• ^{Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively with a project team to achieve completion of tasks and projects.}

• ^{Hydraulic modeling software experience.}

• ^{Design/drafting experience.}

• ^{Preference given to local candidates}
