We are looking for engineers with a dedicated passion for customer focused solutions, insight and industry knowledge to envision and implement future technical solutions that will manage and optimize the Cloud infrastructure. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a high-performance US based fleet management and debug organization responsible for customer experience KPIs. Develop and execute strategic technical programs related to cloud computing, including debug and analytical infrastructure deployment, application migration, and fleet management. Lead development and implementation of end-to-end debug solutions for scale systems, including design and deployment of debug data solutions in datacenters. Lead complex, cross-organization collaboration projects with hardware, firmware and software teams that drive root cause analysis. Accountable for leading execution forums and driving teams to meet debug KPIs and become high performing teams. Develop the team through hiring, mentoring and developing cloud computing debug engineers. Develop world class at scale debug methodologies, test strategies and test routines in data center solutions. Master communicator, develop and use data to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders progress on debug deliverables. Embody our culture and values.
