Maintenance Tech $30 to $35

If they are more of Lead/Supervisor $35 to $45/hr

Plus the quarterly bonus of 3-5% for both roles

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our production team, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary equipment

Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime

Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory

Assisting in equipment installations and upgrades

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies

What We're Looking For

We want someone who's hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have:

3+ years of maintenance experience in a plastics or manufacturing setting

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems is a plus

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency calls

A strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Position Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Accredited journeyman apprenticeship in machine repair preferred

* Three to five years' experience in diversified machine operations.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

* Requires knowledge of machining technology, electrical codes, mechanical principles, advanced shop mathematics, job layout and precision measuring procedures, setups, tooling application, and operating methods.

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and move heavier objects with proper equipment.

* Capable of operating a hoist/lifting equipment safely and effectively.
