Data Management Analyst - NSC

Job Overview:

Nemean Solutions is seeking a Data Management Analyst that is responsible for managing the data used in Command Post Exercise (CPX) and or Warfighter Exercises (WFXs).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides data products so operators can configure simulation systems, such as Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM), to support the training exercises.
• Creates the simulated scenarios for Warfighter Exercises.
• Works closely with military and contractor end users to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Develops plans for data collection, gathers data from multiple sources, and prepares reports for After Action Reviews (AARs).
• Collaborates with database administrators to refine the data architecture and ensure data integrity.
• Documents system capabilities, prepares operational instructions, and creates logical models for data entry, storage, and retrieval.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience (equivalent work experience may be substituted for a BA).
• Must be able to travel domestically and overseas to support exercises.
• Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a valid U.S. passport.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is also typically required.
