At ARIA, classic American cuisine is elevated with modern touches, highlighting seasonal ingredients and creative presentations. With the artistry and energy of Milwaukee's Theater District as its backdrop, ARIA offers guests a dining experience that is refined, warm, and memorable.

• Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.

• Present menus, describe dishes and specials, and make thoughtful recommendations.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, polished manner, ensuring proper presentation.

• Anticipate guest needs by refilling drinks, offering additional items, and checking in throughout service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and dining areas.

• Collaborate with servers, server assistants, bartenders, and management to provide seamless service.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

• Assist with other duties as requested by management.

• Prior serving experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or fine dining environment.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to create memorable experiences for guests.
