  • High School Diploma/GED & 1 year of related experience,

    • Or 12 college credits in Human Services or related field.


  • Must have a valid Driver's License.

Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact every day. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Technician to support individuals in our Germantown residential program.



Earn $16.82 per hour with benefits working Sun - Thurs 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or $18.82 with the selection of enhanced pay and scaled back benefits.



Position Overview

As a Mental Health Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting the emotional, social, and daily living needs of our clients. You'll work directly with individuals, helping them build skills, engage in meaningful activities, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support and informal counseling to clients
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients in developing and practicing social skills-both individually and in groups
  • Lead or co-lead recreational and therapeutic group activities
  • Teach, assist, and monitor clients with daily living tasks
  • Accompany clients into the community and ensure safety during outings
  • Engage clients in social, recreational, and leisure activities
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and records
