Job Overview: The Revenue Cycle Liaison I is responsible for the organization of all intra/interdepartmental communication between Operations; this includes, but is not limited to Medical Group Administration, Faculty Leadership, and Clinical Operations and the Central Business Office. The primary goal of the Revenue Cycle Liaison I is to ensure practice satisfaction, accountability, and operational support as it relates to the success of the Revenue Cycle. The ideal candidate should be broad-minded, observant, adaptable, and has a strong desire to support others to achieve shared success. The Revenue Cycle Liaison I uses the understanding of Revenue Cycle to perform job duties and may need some guidance as they learn the appropriate options available to address unusual situations.
