Jr. Adjuster- 10pm to 6:30 am shift

Pay Rate: $ 20.00-21.00

Shift Available: 3rd

Shift differential: $.75 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift only

Hours: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, OT Saturdays

The Jr. Adjuster is responsible for monitoring and maintaining production on the shopping, merchandise, grocery, or sack lines.

• Monitor the progress of bags being run, ensuring required samples are taken to inspect quality and catch any defects and unnecessary waste.
• Perform various duties to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
• Conducts machine setup, order changes and preventative maintenance.
• Clean and repair machines as needed.
• Submit accurate daily production reports and assist other operators in completing their reports correctly and on time.
• Train new employees or assist in assigning them to other operators to be trained.
• Keep operators supplied with necessary materials.
• Make sure work areas are kept clean.
• Fill in for machine operators as needed.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with established plant rules and procedures that promote compliance with customer service-related activities, including, but not limited to:

    • Following run-order specifications for each product.
    • Following pre-requisite programs in compliance with SQF Code.

• At least 2 years experience as a Machine Operator.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to successfully multitask in a fast pace environment
• The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
