YOUR IMPACT The Manager of Cloud Services - eDiscovery Client Services leads a team of experienced Project Managers dedicated to delivering exceptional service to high-value clients. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, ensuring consistent delivery of litigation support, consulting, and troubleshooting services. The ideal candidate will foster long-term client relationships, drive operational excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, analysts, and consultants. This position reports to the Senior Director of eDiscovery Services. * Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and support staff. * Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities. * Conduct performance reviews, manage hiring and onboarding, and oversee disciplinary actions when necessary. Client Engagement & Delivery * Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders. * Ensure consistent delivery of eDiscovery services, including project management, litigation support, and consulting. * Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and long-term success. * Resolve client issues with urgency and professionalism, coordinating with internal departments as needed. Operational Excellence * Promote adherence to company policies and professional standards. * Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction. * Provide training and act as a subject matter resource for clients and internal teams. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED * Strategic Leadership - Demonstrate vision, integrity, and the ability to lead through change. * Client-Centric Mindset - Build lasting relationships and deliver value through proactive engagement. * Communication - Articulate ideas clearly and effectively across diverse audiences. * Accountability - Take ownership and fosters a culture of responsibility. * Adaptability - Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Market Awareness - Maintain deep knowledge of the eDiscovery, EDRM, and legal technology landscape. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing professional staff. * Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle, EDRM, document review workflows, and TAR/CAL methodologies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications * Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MS) or technical undergraduate degree. * Experience with OpenText's suite of eDiscovery solutions. * Familiarity with emerging AI technologies in Legal, including generative AI, predictive coding, and AI-assisted document review. * Experience implementing or managing AI-driven workflows in legal or compliance contexts. Role Challenges & Working Conditions * Occasional travel within the continental U.S. to meet with clients and internal teams. * Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required by client needs or project demands.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: 101,640- 166,980; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
