The Remote Literacy Product Specialist is an important role in the sales organization that focuses on supporting and enabling the sales team to position and sell Amplify solutions more effectively through remote presentations.

The position will provide support to the product specialist and sales team across two primary areas: assisting product specialists as they support strategic customer and prospect meetings by presenting Amplify solutions as a product expert, and providing support to product specialists in developing sales support materials.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Sales Partnership: Work with the sales team to develop and close sales opportunities.

  • Customer Engagement: Partner with educators and product specialists to support active salesopportunities and guide them through the curriculum review process.

  • Presentations: Present Amplify's suite of Literacy materials to administrators and teacherCommittees.

  • Sales Support: Help develop materials that effectively position and message Amplify's programs.

  • Training & Development: Assist with product training for the sales team.Participate in Amplify Professional Development and build knowledge as a branded trainer and presenter.

  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain expertise in K-8 educational trends.

  • Team Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively across different teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Successfully troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in K-12 education

  • K-8 classroom teaching experience with an emphasis on Literacy

  • Expertise in the Science of Reading

  • Ability to travel (10-20%)

  • Presentation experience, preferably as a conference speaker or professional development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate, work on a team, take direction, and execute the team plan

  • Conversational intelligence -asking good questions and listening actively while speaking

  • Social Media Presence and awareness - attracting followers and promoting events

  • Previous experience servicing the education market

  • Experience creating and delivering a short multimedia presentation

  • Expertise with remote meeting platforms

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English

  • Understanding of the educational marketplace and industry trends

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000. This role is eligible for commissions based pay.
