Customer Service Representative Start Date: September 29, 2025 Shift Options: * Tuesday - Saturday \| 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Sunday - Thursday \| 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Friday - Monday \| 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Training Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Classroom + Floor Shadowing) About the Role Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting major national accounts such as CVS, Walmart, Target, and Amazon. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to transition from retail or food service into a professional setting with long-term career growth. You'll be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer needs.
