As a Billing & Account Representative on the Community Solutions team at Spectrum, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with residents and property owners, evaluating their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. By educating customers on the features and benefits of our products and services, you will help upgrade new, existing, and former customers, fostering lasting relationships and building value. What our Community Solutions Billing & Account Representative Enjoy Most About the Role Enhancing the customer experience by addressing billing and service inquiries. Mastering order processing for retained accounts and new sales. Efficiently handling inbound sales calls and meeting call metrics. Building customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Developing tailored solutions and consistently meeting sales goals. Working Conditions Office environment with variable hours; may include weekends, holidays, and split days off. Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience 1+ years of sales experience, ideally with Voice, Data, and Video solutions. 1+ years in customer service, call center, and/or sales roles. Technical Skills Familiarity with billing systems (ICOMS/CSG). Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding). Skills & Abilities Timely and professional response to customer inquiries. Quick thinking, goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-confident.
