Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt roles across technical and business functions. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates in alignment with business needs and compliance standards.

This role requires experience in technical recruiting, knowledge of industry trends, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Educate hiring managers on interview best practices and selection techniques.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage workflows and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to continuously improve recruiting processes.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree -or- equivalent 4+ years in professional recruitment role.
  • 5+ Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor or a related technical industry.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and close candidates effectively.
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, including use of metrics and analytics.
  • Passion for aligning talent acquisition with organizational culture and values.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance standards.
