About the Role
We are seeking an Accountant to join our team at our Los Angeles, HQ.In this role, you will support month-end close activities, maintain accurate financial data, assist with audits, and contribute to internal control and system improvement initiatives. This position plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting operational performance. The role requires onsite presence 4 days/week.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $33.17-$34.56

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

  Support month-end close activities and ensure all deadlines are met.

  Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries (Concur, Payroll, Treasury, etc.).

  
  
• 
  

  Create and manage internal orders and capital project breakdowns.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with year-end external audits.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting policies.

  
  
• 
  

  Contribute to system implementations, automation initiatives, and special projects.

  
  
• 
  

  Perform additional duties as needed to support General Accounting.

  
  

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• 
  

  1-2 years of accounting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  SAP expertise required, along with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros).

  
  
• 
  

  Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  
  
• 
  

  Adaptable to process changes and fast-paced environments.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and quality.

  Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.

  Familiarity with Concur, Treasury systems, or other accounting platforms.
