Position Summary

The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for our Commercial Sales team. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, routing inquiries appropriately, entering incoming leads into Salesforce CRM, and following up on commercial quotes issued by our estimating team. This role will facilitate seamless communication between prospects, internal teams, and follow-through on potential projects.

Key Responsibilities



  • Answer and route incoming phone calls from commercial leads and clients.
  • Accurately input incoming leads into Salesforce CRM and maintain lead data.
  • Monitor and follow up on commercial quotes issued by the estimating team to support conversion.
  • Collaborate with Estimators, Contracts Administrators, and Sales team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in preparing and sending routine communications or documentation as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Sales function.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (e.g., Business, Communications, or related field).
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or similar role-commercial or B2B experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.


Compensation



  • Hourly rate of $20 - $25 depending on experience.
