Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Translate HR documents and facilitate bilingual communication
  • Support employee relations
  • Maintain HRIS data and generate reports
  • Respond to employee inquiries




Qualifications



  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
