What to Expect

As a Concrete Foreman, you will contribute will work on job sites all throughout. This isa80%travel basedposition in which all work will occur on the road. Projects will range between 3 to7 weeksby a cross-functional team of 4 to 20 members handling all trades required to get the work done collectively. The team will be expected to push the limits of construction technology and techniques, and as such will have direct feedback contact with design engineers, project managers, and business developers related to the program.


What You'll Do
  • Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity
  • Plan and coordinate concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes for construction projects
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, blueprints, and safety protocols
  • Inspect work for quality control, identifying and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate hazards

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in construction
  • Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams on-site
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in construction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical stamina to work in demanding outdoor environments

    Expected Compensation
    • Roofer III - $22.64 - $33.97/hour
    • Roofer IV - $28.76 - $43.15/hour
    • Roofer V - $35.71 - $53.57/hour
    + cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
