Responsibilities & Expectations: The HRIS Coordinator provides administrative and system support for the HRIS team, ensuring accurate employee data management and smooth operation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role involves handling data entry, reporting, and user support while developing expertise in HR systems and technologies. The HRIS Coordinator will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, support HR processes, and enhance system functionality.
