The Staff Accountant assists the Controller in all aspects of month end closing procedures including journal entries, revenue billings, reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting package. The Staff Accountant provides financial reports and analysis to leadership as requested and appropriate. Additionally, the Staff Accountant serves as a local contact for all financial-related questions. The Staff Accountant is required to provide quality information on a timely basis, maintain a working knowledge of accounting regulatory requirements and guidelines and assist leadership with both routine processes and special projects. The Staff Accountant should work well under direct and indirect supervision, planning and arranging work independently according to deadlines and should effectively communicate all updated priorities, challenges and resource needs. Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 The BlueHalo, an AV Company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
