Our client, the nation's largest retailer is hiring a Sr. UX Designer to help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity. You'll be responsible for creating and championing highly usable experience and bringing the highest level of craft to your work.

• A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve things.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
