Senior Power Apps Developer (Norfolk, VA) - Clearance Required

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Power Apps Developer to design and build enterprise-grade applications on the Power Platform. This role will focus on recreating and modernizing functionality from Oracle/Java applications into Power Apps with intuitive user interfaces and streamlined workflows.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Translate business requirements and legacy functionality into modern Power Apps solutions.
• Develop reusable components, custom connectors, and Power Fx expressions.
• Work closely with UX/UI stakeholders to improve user experience.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards.

Here's what you need:

• 5+ years in software/application development.
• 3+ years with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and custom connector development.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD integration for authentication and authorization.
• Experience with Oracle/Java migrations preferred.

• Active Secret Clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid/mostly remote with the ability to attend meetings in Norfolk during business hours with little notice.
