Position Overview

We're in a transformative period for commercial real estate and workplace strategy. The rise of hybrid work, advances in workplace technology, and evolving employee expectations are creating unprecedented opportunities to reimagine how organizations use space and deliver employee experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead JLL's Consulting practice engagements in this dynamic environment. As a subject matter expert, you'll help clients navigate these workplace disruptions and develop innovative strategies that align real estate operations with enterprise objectives, evolving work patterns, and employee experience goals.

You'll drive cutting-edge workplace initiatives, from leveraging advanced analytics to optimizing space utilization to creating agile workplace solutions that adapt to evolving work styles.This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of work while delivering measurable business impact for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex consulting engagements for Workplace and Experience Strategy projects, leveraging JLL's proprietary delivery models and methodologies

  • Apply our best-in-class frameworks to fit the needs of our leading clients, impacting enterprise-wide transformations across diverse environments and industries.

  • Design and execute comprehensive workplace strategies that align with organizational culture, talent attraction/retention goals, and future of work initiatives, including hybrid work models, space utilization optimization, and employee experience enhancement

  • Guide clients through strategic real estate transitions including first-generation outsourcing, portfolio optimization, geographical expansion, and operational scaling

  • Lead capability development initiatives, define best practices, and spearhead team upskilling programs related to transformation and workplace strategy

  • Collaborate with JLL Consulting Capability Leads and business lines to deliver integrated client solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities

  • Contribute to business development through new business pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Strategy, Workplace Strategy, Human-Centered Design, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields

  • 10-15 years of experience in consulting or industry roles with demonstrable focus on workplace strategy, experience design and organizational transformation.

  • Proven expertise in client advisory with specialization in organizational change management, transformation, workplace experience optimization, and implementation

  • Deep understanding of workplace trends, space planning principles, activity-based working, and the intersection of physical and digital workplace environments

  • Strong track record developing and implementing strategies for large corporate clients

  • Superior executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling capabilities

  • Experience with leading and mentoring diverse and multi-faceted project teams

  • History of delivering quantifiable business results and ROI through change management and workplace transformation programs

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Project management experience

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and workplace analytics tools

  • Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities and proficiency in workplace utilization and satisfaction metrics

Estimated total compensation for this position:

180,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
