REMOTE Provider Service Representative Project Duration: October 13, 2025 - January 30, 2026 Location: Fully Remote (must have a private and quiet work area) Job Description The Associate, Provider Service Representative will be responsible for responding to Department of Health audit calls consistently and professionally. This role serves as a liaison between internal and external customers, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous communication. Key responsibilities include: * Handling inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. * Avoiding call handling issues such as short calls, intentional disconnects, and inappropriate transfers. * Performing accurate and timely data entry during customer interactions. * Navigating multiple databases simultaneously to address customer needs. * Explaining policies and procedures clearly on both incoming and outgoing calls. * Developing a strong understanding of all lines of business and demonstrating technical proficiency. * Delivering information confidently and clearly. * Supporting the team's mission to enhance healthcare delivery and customer experience. Skills & Qualifications * Ability to manage 70-100 inbound calls daily via autodialer. * Average call time: 7 minutes, with wrap-up and documentation expected between calls. * Strong multitasking skills: talk and document simultaneously. * Experience handling high call volumes (70+ calls/day). * Ability to work independently and take notes during calls to meet wrap time requirements. Training & Work Schedule * Virtual Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (4 weeks) * Work Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
