Description
As a subject matter expert, the MCS Specialist will provide day-to-day support to the AAAS MemberCentral Support team, in accordance with established policies and procedures; including maintaining and updating documentation and processes as required. This position will report to the Assistant Director, MemberCentral Support and primary focus will be related to supporting the data entry, financial, returned mail and other off the phone activities. The anticipated initial rate of compensation for the MembeerCentral Support Specialist position working in the United States is $55,000 per year. AAAS currently provides the following benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, each subject to the terms of the applicable program. Additional benefits may apply.
