About This Role:

iRhythm is seeking a Product Director to lead the Product Strategy for iRhythm's portfolio of solutions for sleep disorders. This is an exciting opportunity for a person interested in the intersection of Digital Health, Medical Devices & AI in Medicine, and passionate about driving innovation, product/market fit and market growth in a highly competitive cardiac monitoring space.This individual will be responsible for coordinating all ideation and upstream product activities and partner closely with Product Management organization in the product development lifecycle for both hardware & digital sleep products, 510(k) readiness, and launch readiness, including clinical services, operations, and commercial for a successful launch of products related to sleep disorders.

This role is highly cross-functional and detail oriented, requiring a Product Director to interface with and work closely with departments throughout the company to synthesize clinical, technical, operational, commercial and market perspectives to shape the clinical value and to go to market offering of sleep products. This individual will be expected to collaborate closely with Advanced Technologies, Product Management, R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Market Access and the Commercial & Marketing teams on conducting voice of the customer research, informing the Portfolio Roadmap, partnering with Product Management on new features from development through launch, as well as monitoring product/ market fit and commercial success of this product line.

This is a highly visible and key role within the organization spanning many activities from strategic to tactical in defining and executing the Sleep product & regulatory strategy, operations, and growth.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Management

• Support successful product launches projected to drive tremendous revenue growth in the Sleep market. This includes coordinating product launch readiness activities across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, and Marketing.
• Establish self as the Sleep owner clinically, technically, and commercially as the mini-CEO of this product line. Coordinate activities for successful 510K submission and post 510K activities to deliver on a successful service to end customers, including optimizing product & service operations, sales enablement and marketing.
• Define, track and reportProduct health metrics, deliver communications/presentations on product status and future strategies, and manage a strong product prioritization process to focus on high value activities that drive product growth.
• Maintain strong pulse on customer feedback for product and service improvement areas through Sales & Customer engagement, including supporting objection handling.
• Drive cross-functional teams to reach milestones on time and on budget for new features
• Collaborate with the Product Management team members on the development of processes around product development
• Support regular business reviews for Sleep and keep pulse on market dynamics, underscoring what's going well and opportunities to propel growth and facilitating cross functional team coordination to close gaps and advance opportunities

Drive Product Success

• Manage Business and Product Strategy for Sleep Products. This includes collaborating closely with the Corporate Development, Advanced Technology, Commercial and Product Management on needs to drive continued success of this product line.
• Guide product pricing strategy, product positioning and market segmentation/ targeting for Sleep Products. Exhibit strong analytical abilities for market segmentation and analysis to understand and inform Target Market optimization.
• Own the financial model for Sleep products. Forecast and track product sales and contribution margins, with a solid understanding of the P&L impact of product related decisions.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access and the Clinical and Economic Research team on Clinical Evidence & RWE needs.
• Be the expert for competitive intelligence in the sleep market. Maintain competitive matrix products in the market to help inform product and service enhancements, as well as competitive marketing messaging and objection handling messaging.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to vet target market opportunities and keep a pulse on barriers and areas of opportunity for portfolio growth
• Guide the buy/build strategy around IDTF services for sleep in close coordination with Strategy and Corporate Development

What We Want to See

• A minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree;
• Majority of professional experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare (med device, software or service) related to sleep diagnosis and treatment with product lifecycle development and commercial launch experience.
• 5+ years of Customer Engagement and Voice of Customer research to distill high impact problems and opportunities to solve
• 4+ years of Problem Solving & Innovation, and driving Product Feature Prioritization to guide building the most impactful product features for clinical & business value
• 4+ years of experience building and socializing product roadmaps with cross functional team input
• Self-starter with a desire to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative with accountability for achieving results
• Be able to bring/create best-practices to product management processes
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make data-driven decisions
• Leads change by designing new solutions and aligns work partners to understand the 'why' and 'how' in developing new tools and services
• Strong project management, ability to handle multiple projects at a time and effectively prioritize time
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and drivedata-driven decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Design and Product Management tools (e.g. Aha, Miro, Atlassian software )
