Staffmark is hiring a Bilingual Client Services Administrator! If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy helping others, this is your chance to support our dealer network and end-users with expert guidance on Honda engines and related power equipment.

Pay: $20-$23/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and end-users in English and Spanish
  • Provide technical support on parts availability, compatibility, and product specifications
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery
  • Use tools like Honda Parts Lookup to identify parts by model and serial number
  • Maintain organized records and generate inventory and client reports
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
  • Familiarity with Honda engines/power equipment is a plus
  • Comfortable with inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
