Youth Engagement & PASS Coordinator Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. | Beverly YMCA About the Role The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a Youth Engagement & PASS Coordinator to support teens both inside and outside the classroom. This unique role combines direct work with high school students in the Positive Alternatives to Student Suspension (PASS) program with community leadership through our Drug-Free Communities (DFC) initiative. Roughly half your day will be spent directly engaging with students in the PASS program through mentoring, tutoring, and recreational activities. The rest of your time will focus on youth coalition work-helping young people build leadership skills, promoting healthy choices, and amplifying youth voices through outreach, events, and social media.
