Job Summary

The Engineer IV - Electrician is a senior role within the Facilities Engineering Department, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, including emergency generation and essential electrical systems, and related project management within our healthcare system. This role requires applicant to hold a valid electrical license. This role requires advanced technical knowledge and experience in electrical systems, specifically in emergency generation and essential electrical systems. The Engineer IV - Electrician ensures the systems within their purview are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. This position places patient care and infection control standards as a top priority, following and aligning all activities with these standards. The role may require working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in situations of emergency. All roles within the Engineering department are required to adopt and utilize the CMMS work order system to effectively communicate across the organization and manage activities and assets.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience required

Journeyman Electrical License required

Driver's License required
