We are seeking a Divisional Controllerfor County Materials at our Astatula Florida location .

Job Summary:
The Divisional Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities across a multi-location manufacturing organization. This role will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost control, and compliance while partnering with regional managers, plant general managers, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic financial leader with strong analytical skills, expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, and the ability to drive financial performance across geographically dispersed facilities.

Job Duties:


  • Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Review and analyze plant financial results, preparing monthly bridge analyses against forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions, and drive profitability.
  • Develop and maintain product cost structures, BOMs, routers, and inventory controls.
  • Support capital project analysis, ROI evaluations, plant/product line rationalization, and ad-hoc executive reporting.


Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment with regular interaction across plant and divisional locations. The role may require occasional travel to regional facilities and leadership meetings.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to sit, walk, and communicate effectively for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • Strong skills in cost accounting, financial modeling, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
