This is a Hybrid position that includes working 3-days per week in our Owatonna facility and remote 2-days. Ideal candidates will live within a 50-mile radius of our Owatonna facility. As an Account Services Representative, you'll be that crucial support-playing a central role in helping our Sales Team deliver outstanding customer experience from first contact to delivery. At a minimum you will need:
- A minimum of three (3) yrs experience supporting a B2B sales team or working in a customer service/support environment.
- Experience with CRMs, customer interfacing, quoting, and order processing workflows.
- Familiarity with order management systems (ERP) and proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite

As an Account Services Representative, a typical day might include:
- Drive Business Results: Support revenue and service goals by actively contributing to the success of a regional sales and service team through timely administrative and operational execution.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers: Build strong working relationships with assigned Territory Sales Managers to ensure alignment of sales strategy, customer needs, and regional priorities.
- Prepare Customer Quotes: Manage and complete all customer quote requests on behalf of assigned sales representatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency with company standards.
- Provide Product Support: Deliver detailed product information to customers to support informed decision-making and enhance overall sales experience.
- Process Orders with Accuracy: Accurately enter and process customer orders, verify product availability, review pricing and terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Perform Order Maintenance: Execute requested changes to product on customer orders, including modifications to quantities, color, or delivery information while maintaining data accuracy and documentation.
- Manage Web Requests: Monitor and respond to incoming web-based customer requests, ensuring inquiries are addressed quickly and routed to appropriate internal partners as needed.
- Execute Marketing and Lead Campaigns: Follow up on marketing-generated leads and trade show inquiries within the assigned territory, working with Territory Sales Managers to convert opportunities into active projects.
- Support Project Development: Assist in the creation of sales support materials such as 20-20 drawings, cabinet calculator entries, and other technical inputs required for project scoping.
- Coordinate Direct Bid Activities: Manage direct bid support for the defined geography, collaborating with Territory Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure complete bid packages.
- Ensure Smooth Project Transitions: Facilitate hand-off to project coordination teams for installation-based orders, ensuring a seamless customer experience through clear documentation and communication.
- Communicate Post-Order Requirements: Serve as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and Territory Sales Managers to coordinate post-order requirements and ensure follow-through on outstanding deliverables.
