What to Expect We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the company's growing AV and event needs. The Technical Coordinator supports the daily operations of the digital signage environment by working closely with our internal IT Field Services team, vendors and end users, managing hardware enrollment, change requests, maintaining user guides and documentation, and serving as a key liaison with the internal content team. Although everyone is responsible for upholding design principles and brand standards, the Technical Coordinator will help ensure that all content entering the system aligns with the company vision to help drive consistent messaging across the entire signage network. This position will be based in Fremont, CA. This full-time role requires the flexibility of being able to support users and functions out-of-hours when necessary. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
