As a Senior Program Analyst (Warfighter Integration), you will support customer interests with relevant warfighters and COCOM stakeholders. As the lead support contractor for the organization, the individual facilitates planning and knowledge sharing of capabilities and requirements to inform acquisitions for current/future programs.
Other Job duties include:
  • Serve as a key liaison between military leadership, acquisition teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the lifecycle of acquisition programs.
  • Participate in working groups, design reviews and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), user summits resulting in the definition of requirements and CONOPS.
  • Support planning and execution of Combatant Command (CCMD)-level exercises.
  • Provide expertise in portfolio weapon systems, operations, and exercise/experiment coordination and facilitation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integration portfolio execution events: concept development, scenario development, main exercise objectives, overall execution management, and after-action review.
  • Advise and assist operational and strategic planners in the development of current and future contingency plans based on portfolio programs.
  • Provide advice, recommendations, and briefings to staff principals, agency chiefs, and external organizations on portfolio programs.
  • Coordinate with HHQ and other commands to develop and manage CCMD, MAJCOMS, and supported staffs.
  • Facilitate coordination and understanding of CCMD/C-MAJCOM requirements to inform portfolio programs.
  • Participate in working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings, and user summits resulting in the definition of requirements and CONOPS.
  • Interact daily with the operational community to assist in requirements definition, event planning and reporting, and capability integration.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for represented portfolio programs in meetings, demonstrations and exercise events.
  • Perform foreign disclosure reviews and coordination in accordance with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), DoD and agency-level guidance to ensure the proper release of classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign entities.
  • Serve as a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) or liaison, supporting information sharing during multinational exercises and international engagements.
Required Experience:
  • 15+ years' experience in tactics, operations, and advanced programs.
  • Possess working knowledge of exercise policies, practices, and procedures, as well as experience with exercise interpretation/analysis and translation into operational recommendations.
  • Possess familiarity with customer portfolio and capabilities, Joint Staff processes, and Special Technical Operations.
  • Must be able to organize, conduct, and lead meetings, conferences, briefings in support of customer objectives.
  • Must possess expertise to effectively liaison with national-level agencies, DoD Services, Combatant Commands, and intelligence agencies.
  • Possess strong analytic skills and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide briefings to program office staff about ongoing theater planning efforts, operations, and pertinent exercises to inform current and future capabilities.
  • Possess the ability to work in a multitasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with strong operational background and experience with joint warfighting and planning processes.
  • Master's degree with strong operational background and experience with joint warfighting and planning processes. (Highly Desired)
Clearance Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI/SAP
