What you will do
- Responsible for the execution of an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) account site(s). Under general direction, supervise a staff of O&M Technicians responsible for maintaining the Fire Alarm, Security and Building Automation systems. Communicate with client and O&M team on all issues concerning execution of the contract.
- How you will do it
- Responsible for hiring, training, performance management and scheduling the staff needed to fulfill O&M contractual obligations.
- Responsible for a variety of general testing and maintenance activities.
- Communicates with client and other facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our opportunity to secure "contract extras".
- Ensures implementation of employee training and development plans.
- Provides standard management reports as requested by the operations management team and the client.
- Will be required to be on call 24/7 to provide telephone assistance as well as emergency response to the facility.
- Responsible for adhering to cost or overhead budgets.
- Ensures compliance with all cities, state, and federal license and certification requirements. Maintains and submits all records and documents to proper authorities.
- Reviews all work and ensures performance in accordance with established safety procedures.
What we look for
Required
- Two-year technical degree in or equivalent field experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Able to manage and train entry-level personnel.
- Able to deal with customers and others at all levels.
- Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies.
- Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $64,000 - 81,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, andabilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers acompetitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. Thisposition includes a competitive benefits package.
