Title: Spanish Expo-Trade Sales Lead

Location: Miami, FL 33169

Duration: Full-time permanent
Pay Rate: $ 50 k- 55k /annually with benefits
Shift Hours : 8 hours per day

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calls, email outreach, referrals, and trade show networking.
  • Manage and convert inbound leads from our internal CRM and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline and forecast revenue projections.
  • Meet with prospective clients (virtually or in-person) to understand their trade show goals and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Present service packages including booth design, fabrication, shipping, labor, and onsite support.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company offerings and client budgets.
  • Follow up post-show to build long-term client relationships and secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Attend major expos or industry events as needed to represent the company and connect with decision-makers.


Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or trade show services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills - both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships from scratch.
  • Ability to articulate value and adapt solutions to fit client needs.
  • Familiarity with trade show logistics, deadlines, and vendor coordination is a big plus.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
