Overview Pharming is seeking to hire an Executive Administrator to report to and serve as the primary support to the CEO, managing complex administrative functions, strategic communications, and operational coordination. Responsibilities will include but not limited to complex calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangement, meeting preparation, and event management. This role requires a discreet, diplomatic individual with excellent communication skills, and analytical problem-solving capabilities. In addition, this individual must have outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests. Will also provide support to the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and senior level employees on an ad-hoc basis. This position is hybrid - must be able to report 2 to 3 days to the Warren, NJ office but be available for urgent matters, when necessary, outside of business hours. Key Responsibilities The Executive Administrator will be responsible for a wide variety of matters in support of Pharming's growth as we increase the number of both pipeline and marketed products. Travel Requirements If applicable, up to 10% travel time may be required for the position, domestic and/or international. Salary Range Pharming takes into consideration a combination of candidate's work experience, training, and education, as well as the scope of the role, complexity, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level. The base salary range for this job is from $98,000.00 TO $125,000.00 per year. Compensation & Benefits
