Embedded Software Engineer, Low Voltage Power

You will work closely with integration and validation engineers to design and validate the performance capabilities of our hardware and firmware to ensure code quality is high.You will join a team of deeply knowledgeable and passionate engineers that strive to build the most robust and reliable embedded systems.You will solve challenging problems in the embedded software space andinfluencethe world'sadoption ofelectric vehicles and energysustainability.

• Deliver high-quality C code in a real-time embedded environment
• Specify, design, and implement functionality and behaviors of embedded subsystems
• Design the software architecture and firmware implementation through integration, testing andhigh-volumemanufacturing
• Hands-on hardware bring-up, system debugging and codeoptimization
• Writing component level tests to ensure properfunctionality
• Make performance and optimization trade-offs to meet productrequirements

• At least 3 years ofrelevant experience in embedded design
• Experience with mentoring / providing technical guidance for other development engineers preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics experience with evidence of exceptional ability, or equivalent experience
• Experience with fundamental hardware components on PCB and their analysis tools
• Knowledge ofelectrical engineering fundamentals including circuit analysis and design
• Proficiency in C, comprehension of Python
• Fluent in software fundamentals including software design and maintainability
• Experience with the embedded microprocessor tools
• Ability to collaborate and communicate complex technicalconcepts
