| What to Expect The Low Voltage Power Firmware Team is responsible forpower distribution and LV battery management systems (BMS) on all Tesla vehicle platforms.
 As an engineer on this team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality embedded C code for the power management firmware. This includes, but is not limited to, LV power redundancy and latent fault detection for by-wire and autonomous vehicles, vehicle fault and crash behaviors, power management for over-the-air updates (OTAs), and low / idle power modes and sleep features.
 
  You will work closely with integration and validation engineers to design and validate the performance capabilities of our hardware and firmware to ensure code quality is high.You will join a team of deeply knowledgeable and passionate engineers that strive to build the most robust and reliable embedded systems.You will solve challenging problems in the embedded software space andinfluencethe world'sadoption ofelectric vehicles and energysustainability.  Expected Compensation $164,480 - $292,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
