Role Summary

Join Associated Bank's Trust team as a Trust Fee Administrator, where you'll ensure accuracy and efficiency in the processing, reporting, and reconciliation of trust fees. In this role, you'll collaborate with administrators, finance partners, and operations teams to maintain compliance, support client relationships, and enhance fee management processes. This position offers opportunities to build specialized expertise in trust accounting and financial operations. Key Accountabilities
  • Process and reconcile trust fees, including deposits, receivables, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Analyze fee exception requests and confirm appropriate approvals and fee structures in accordance with company policies.

  • Develop and maintain trust fee schedules, leveraging a strong understanding of products, account types, and asset structures.

  • Balance daily cash collections and accounts receivable, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.

  • Coordinate bill payments to third-party vendors and ensure timely submission of invoices to Accounts Payable.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly fee reports for executive management and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Trust Operations to process 12b-1 and Sub-TA fees, ensuring proper credit application and compliance.

  • Support fee-related reporting initiatives and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in the financial industry.

Preferred

  • 2+ years of trust industry experience.
