Sales Enablement & Training Lead

Level: Sr. Manager or Director (Depending on Experience)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)

Build and lead enablement with real impact

Togetherwork is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Lead to design and deliver programs that empower our revenue teams to succeed-from onboarding through ongoing development. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with the flexibility to hire at either the Sr. Manager or Director level depending on experience.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to shape enablement strategy, build scalable training content, and coach revenue teams to perform at their best. You'll also optimize how Togetherwork leverages platforms like Outreach, Fathom, and AI tools to deliver learning at scale.

What you'll do


  • Create and deliver onboarding and training programs that accelerate sales productivity.



  • Partner with go-to-market (GTM) leaders to align enablement strategy with revenue goals.



  • Leverage tools such as Outreach, Fathom, and AI platforms to scale content and training delivery.



  • Design playbooks, e-learning modules, battlecards, and coaching resources.



  • Lead live workshops, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions.



  • Assess skill gaps through data, feedback, and collaboration with managers.



  • Track and analyze enablement KPIs to continuously refine learning programs.



  • Stay current with modern sales practices and instructional design trends.



  • Manage enablement resources and budget to ensure maximum impact.




What you bring


  • Experience leading sales enablement or training programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.



  • Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation skills.



  • Proven facilitation ability-both in-person and virtual.



  • Familiarity with modern sales technology (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Lessonly, Fathom).



  • A data-driven mindset for improving performance and measuring impact.



  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working across departments.



  • Depending on experience, ability to lead as a strong Sr. Manager or Director.
