Food Truck Short Cook *Shift: 2nd, (3pm-10pm)* *Pay: $15/hr* As a Short Cook on our food truck, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality arepas with consistency and speed. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and play a critical role in delivering our signature flavors during busy evening shifts. Key Responsibilities: Assemble arepas to order following standardized recipes, ensuring flavor, quality, and presentation standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area at all times Prepare orders quickly and correctly while following customer preferences and allergy guidelines Ensure proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices in a gluten-free environment Handle high-volume rushes, customer complaints, weather conditions, and delivery pickups with professionalism and calm focus Report any damaged or discarded products and help manage prep inventory
