Using a set standard operating procedure with specific instructions, our vacuum tool operators use vacuum tools to deposit films as part of the production of high powered lasers. This role includes opportunities for growth within the company.


Duties:



  • Operate vacuum tools to deposit films with close attention to detail according to specified operating procedures.
  • Judge defects based on set criteria.
  • Prepare materials for production by following set procedure.
  • Maintain records about the process as directed.

Requirements

  • Arm-hand steadiness with hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.
  • Comfortable working with small fragile parts.
  • Comfortable in a cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to differentiate colors.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
  • Experience with vacuum systems is a big plus.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime.
  • Be able to work carefully, consistently and be able to identify errors.
  • Familiarity with PCs, Microsoft Windows, and basic Microsoft Excel.

Pay Range:


The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.



Other Compensation: Employees in this role are eligible for additional rewards which could include:



  • Annual Discretionary Bonus or Sales Bonus as Applicable
