Job Description We're hiring experienced Security Service Technicians to support commercial service and installation projects across the Atlanta area. This is a field-based role for dependable professionals with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems. What You'll Do * Perform routine and emergency service calls for commercial security systems * Troubleshoot, replace, and repair malfunctioning or inoperative equipment * Install and service access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems * Conduct system testing and signal verification using multimeters, battery analyzers, and decibel meters * Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality * Maintain truck inventory of tools and equipment * Document service activities and hours worked accurately and on time * Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed * Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism What You Bring * 3+ years of experience as a commercial install or service technician * Mastery-level troubleshooting skills in intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control systems * Experience using test equipment (multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters) * Working knowledge of local and national codes * High school diploma or vocational training * Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service mindset Nice to Have * Fire alarm experience * Product certifications or licenses as required by local/national codes * Experience with Tier 1 security platforms Why Apply? * Strong financial potential with pay rates based on experience * Opportunity to convert to full-time with benefits, company truck, gas card, and more * Join a growing team with a strong backlog of work * Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities * Work in a dynamic field environment supporting commercial clients Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
