Job Description

RR Donnelley is seeking a highly motivated Channel Marketing Associate! The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, specifically aimed at supporting our client's Defined Contribution and Tax-Advantaged New Markets, with a focus on client engagement campaigns, communications, events, and content initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and other functions to help drive awareness of our client's capabilities and contribute to client pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, and content, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, design, digital, product marketing, and sales) to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion with minimal oversight
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing marketing materials, presentations, and narratives for both internal and external audiences
  • Contribute to brand-building efforts by supporting marketing strategies that enhance visibility in the market
  • Provide reporting and analysis post-event and campaign, presenting trends and identifying opportunities for further innovation and enhancement of strategy
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our client's products and capabilities, advising sales partners on strategies to deploy based on investor and market demand
  • Support the drafting of narratives into various formats, including PowerPoint presentations, email content, newsletters, and social, with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including timely and thoughtful follow-up to correspondence

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and deliver projects on deadline
  • Demonstrated ability to operate professionally and autonomously, including in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and responsive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and think one step ahead
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills; accepts feedback constructively and contributes positively to team culture
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of how marketing can drive client engagement and commercial outcomes
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $73,200 to $114,300 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
