Associate Production Engineer

Scientific and Engineering Methodologies:
*Applies the scientific method or engineering design process and basic statistics.
*Starts to keep current with the appropriate scientific and technical literature, and uses the information to identify and respond to
challenging problems and advance projects.
*Defines problems and understands the technologies and interaction of those technologies across different areas.
Business, Competitor, Market and Customer Expertise and Impact
*Understands product and asset requirements, competitive environment and related business needs and uses regarding
information to drive own work results.
*Starts to identify MT and Process R&D project proposals considering business goals.
*First translation of technology benefits into business opportunities.
Intellectual Property and Documentation:
*Recognizes novel ideas as potential IP and is able to document clearly in an Invention Disclosure.
*Keeps appropriate documentation to ensure research progress is documented and archived for possible future use.
*Acts as co-author of Research Reports, Invention Disclosures and/or Patent applications.
