In this role, you'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and partner with Product Owners, software engineers, and other stakeholders to drive sprint success and align with organizational goals. You'll coach team members, foster continuous improvement, and use data-driven insights to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Information Technology (preferred) Experience
4 years: Previous Scrum Master/Team Coach experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
SAFe Cert (preferred)
