About the Role
We're looking for a Sr. User Insights & Experimentation Analyst to turn digital user behavior into actionable strategies that improve experiences and drive results. Sitting within our UX Research, Testing, and Optimization team, you'll blend analytics with UX insights to shape test strategies, design improvements, and product decisions.

You'll play a key role in experimentation-analyzing A/B and multivariate test results, then presenting clear, data-backed findings that inform the next iteration. Your work will directly influence engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze user interactions, navigation flows, and engagement patterns to uncover friction points.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights for a complete view of user behavior.
  • Analyze completed A/B test results and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate feature releases for adoption, usage, and retention impact.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, development, and marketing teams to guide design and strategy.
  • Share case studies and findings to promote a data-driven culture.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and continuous improvement in our digital journeys.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in human factors, communications, UX, design, data, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with Contentsquare (or demonstrated mastery).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, User Testing, or Optimizely a plus.
  • Bonus: knowledge of the deregulated/retail electricity market.
