Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Onsite M-Th, Remote on Fridays)

Our Data & Analytics Product Management team is seeking a talented Contract Business Analyst to help us drive data-driven decision-making and enhance brand experiences.

Position Overview:
As a Contract Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data across various domains, including consumer behavior, digital media, and business processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders across marketing, sales, e-commerce, and consumer insights to identify requirements and develop high-quality data products. Your technical acumen and hands-on expertise will be essential in translating complex data into actionable insights that support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, examine, and shape requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation of business needs.

  • Facilitate the identification and translation of core business needs into high-quality data products.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business Partners to refine a robust backlog of user stories.

  • Enhance end-user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing and product delivery.

  • Participate in all agile ceremonies and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with marketing data.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven experience with business analysis techniques, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

  • Knowledge of consumer packaged goods (CPG) terminology and business processes.

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and digital marketing metrics.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven skill in balancing technical knowledge with business acumen.

  • High degree of comfort in managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $70/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Please note this contract position provides services to Nestle in the USA on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. Contractors in this position are hired and employed through Nestle's third-party staffing partner.
