Job Requirements
Fearless is seeking an experienced Engineering Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of a high-impact cloud-native application modernization project hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) at a federal agency that we support. As a Tech Lead, you will architect solutions, guide engineering teams, and ensure infrastructure and applications are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational mission and federal compliance standards. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership across the software development lifecycle and is pivotal to enabling continuous delivery in a regulated environment. The Impact You Will Create: This project supports modernizing its public-facing disclosure and filing systems. The effort involves designing, developing, and maintaining a secure, cloud-based platform that improves how financial data is submitted, processed, and accessed. The team will use Agile, DevSecOps, and user-centered design practices to deliver scalable, high-impact digital services that enhance transparency, compliance, and accessibility. Work includes building APIs and web interfaces, implementing Zero Trust security, automating testing and deployments, and enabling continuous improvement through cloud-native and AI-driven solutions.
