Summary: Goldbelt Glacier Health Services LLC & Taku Health Services are seeking a qualified Director of Proposals and Marketing to oversee proposal operations and the proposal development team, and lead proposal efforts responding to multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development supporting business development initiatives to help the company achieve its growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Leads opportunities as needed where either Goldbelt Glacier or Taku Health Services is a subcontractor.
- Rapidly respond to task orders and must develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the nuances of the assigned IDIQs.
- Work collaboratively with the BD team of proposal professionals.
- Work closely with Vice President of Business Development leading proposal operations from new opportunity identification through proposal submission to include IDIQ task orders, reviewing and editing versions of the various color review stages.
- Write and edit proposals as needed.
- Manage color reviews and lessons learned as needed.
- Collectively as a team, communicate with client stakeholders and partners; maintain active and open communication during proposal process.
- Coordinate with VP of Business Development on key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be able to maintain strong working relationships with Goldbelt Glacier Health Services & Taku Health Services teaming partners, program offices, and government clients.
- Must be familiar with contracts and task order management and have experience with contractor to government interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Expert skills in written and oral presentations.
- Demonstrable expertise in MS Word; skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and managing remote staff via MS Teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing government proposals.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience managing government proposals.
- APMP and Shipley certification.
