- Salary Range - $110,000 to $130,000

JOB TITLE: Counterintelligence Specialist **TS/SCI Required for this role** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use numerous search engines to obtain up-to-date open sources and classified information for use in briefings.
- Participate in counterintelligence investigations.
- Interview walk-in sources.
- Support the security / OPSEC / force protection program.
- Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
- Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
- Produce timely written recommendations and assessments.
- Conduct briefings and debriefings.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong briefing skills/ability to present to small and large audiences.
- Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization.
- Defense Counterintelligence Agents Course (DCAC) (or equivalent)
- DOD TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Serve as the Counterintelligence (CI) SME providing expertise and support to the organization's Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program.
- Develop and implement CI strategies, plans, and procedures to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities and risks.
- Conduct CI assessments of vendors, suppliers, and critical infrastructure within the supply chain.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify potential threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities indicative of foreign intelligence, sabotage, or other malicious activity.
- Develop and deliver CI awareness and training programs tailored to SCRM personnel and vendors.
- Conduct CI inquiries related to supply chain incidents, compromises, and potential threats.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and industry partners, to share information and coordinate CI efforts related to SCRM.
- Monitor open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other sources to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the supply chain ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain CI threat profiles of adversaries targeting the organization's supply chain.
- Participate in SCRM exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of CI countermeasures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of SCRM policies and procedures.
- Support the organization's efforts to comply with relevant regulations and standards related to SCRM and CI.
- Knowledge of supply chain security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-161, ISO 28000).
- Experience conducting vendor risk assessments and due diligence.
- Familiarity with supply chain attack vectors and mitigation strategies.
- Prior experience in a government agency or defense contractor supporting SCRM.
